The Planning Unit has two staff members comprising of the Senior planner and The planner

Mandate:
To coordinate all planning and budgeting functions of the District and lower local Governments

Roles:
-To produce quality and comprehensive District development plans
-To provide technical support to departments and sectors in areas of reporting and budgeting
-To support and supervise planning activities in lower local governments
-To carry out routine monitoring and evaluation of district project
